By-product obtained from the grinding of the wheats “Triticum aestivum” and trigo “Triticum durum”, composed of the outer membranes or pericarp. Some amount of wheat endosperm may be attached, which is generated during the milling process. It is the finest grinding from the grains’ pericarp.
