PROSERSUR Molasses fulfill the requirements established by rule NTE INEN 1701-1989-04 for Zootechnical Food: Molasses.

Uses:

  • Aquaculture

Its high sugar content helps with the growth of positive sucrose bacteria. Therefore, it serves for: bioremediation of soils, bioremediation of water, control ammonia and nitrites.

  • Production of animal feed: poultry, swine, cattle, shrimp:

It makes it more appetizing, settles the dust and works as a binder.

  • Ethanol production:

Used as a supply for the production of ethanol, also known as ethyl alcohol.

  • Cattle raising, beef and dairy cattle:

As an attractant mixed with food or grass. Likewise, molasses can be used as a preservative in the silage.

  • Production of yeasts for the bakery industry:

It is used for fermentation in the yeast production process.
